Registration 2026-2027

Welcome to Bergen Chinese School registration information!

To enroll at Bergen Chinese School, please visit our Jumbula-powered registration page at https://bergenchineseschool.jumbula.com

Early Bird Discount – The combined registration fee ($80) and PTA/CSC fee ($50) will appear as a $130 fee in Jumbula. The registration fee of $80 will be waived until June 30, 2026. The combined fee will appear as $50 until the early bird discount ends on June 30.

Note for Returning families:

We have created a Jumbula account that contains all of the information in our records for all current families. Each family should have received an email from BCS asking to verify that each family can access their accounts.

To access your account, please go to https://bergenchineseschool.jumbula.com/.

Once you are there, click on “sign-in/sign up”. This will take you to a log-in screen. Enter the email address at which you received our email. This is the email address for the family account that has already been created, which contains your children’s information as well as any credits that you may have. Do not create a new account. Then, click on “Forgot Password”. This will cause the system to send you an email asking you to set a new password. If you have trouble accessing your family account, please contact principal@bergenchineseschool.com.

Note for New families:

Visit our Jumbula-powered registration page at https://bergenchineseschool.jumbula.com and enroll in a class by clicking the “Express Register” button of the class you want to enroll in. You will be prompted to sign up for a new account and then follow the prompts to finish registration.

注意事項 / Notes

  • 博根中文學校 2026-2027 秋季班訂於 2026 年 8月30日(星期日)正式上課 / Bergen Chinese School 2026-27 Fall semester will start on Sunday, 08/30/2026.
  • Pre-K年級,必須在10/1/2022前出生方可註冊/For Pre-K registration, student has to be born before Oct 1, 2022.
  • 如果班級人數少於預定目標,學校有權決定保留,取消或併班/BCS reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment does not meet minimum requirement.
  • 上課時間 (Bell Schedule):
    第一節 (1st Period): 1:00 – 1:50PM, 第二節 (2nd Period): 2:00 – 2:50PM, 第三節 (3rd Period): 3:00 – 3:45PM

Registration Policies and Guidelines

Tuition & Fees

  • 學費:每位學生 $900,第三位和以上的兄弟姊妹, 每位學生$450。/ Tuition: $900, third and each additional sibling is $450. BCS considers siblings as those who have the same parents/guardians and live in the same household.
  • 書籍雜費:$35/學生 / Text & Material $35/student
  • 華人服務中心 & 家長會費:每一家庭 $50 / CSC & PTA Fee: $50 per family
  • 家長服務費:新家庭需付$200 (1 child) or $320 (2+ children)

Payment

  • Payment either through the Jumbula portal or by check must be made in order for registration to be complete.
  • If paying by check – Make check payable to Chinese Service Center USA. Mail to: Anita Lung, 18 Goffle Brook Ct, Hawthorne NJ 07506

Refund Policy

  • 開學 3 週內除了註冊費、書籍費 (使用過) 和網路付款手續費3%外,學費和PTA會費可以全額退還。100% refund of tuition and parent duty security fee (excludes registration fee, textbooks, and any processing fees) within the first 3 weeks. We will deduct online payment service fee, if any.
  • 第 3 週上課後則不接受任何退費。No refund after week 3. Commitment is for the entire academic year.
  • 未使用的全新書籍才可以退費。Textbook refund only if it is still in brand new, unused condition.

After School Programs (Availability to be determined)

  • 課後活動學費:每位學生 TBD / After school Culture class tuition: TBD
  • 課後活動費用不包括材料,制服或表演服裝的製作費。Cost for materials/performance costumes are not included

家長服務費 / Parents Duty Security Deposit

新生請繳交家長服務費每家庭$200 (1 child) or $320 (2+ children),家長若如期執行任務,下學年不必再繳此費用。家長若未如期執行任務,請於下學年重新繳費。任何問題請上學校網站參考家長服務費答問篇。

New families must pay Parent’s Duty Security Deposit of $200 (1 child) or $320 (2+ children) per family. Please perform your parent duty as assigned each year to avoid refilling the deposit again next school year. For more information, please see “Parent Duty Q&A” on school’s website
