As usual, registration will be conducted online. Please carefully review the Notes and Registration Policies and Guidelines before registering.
Returning families must use the Google form link below.
New families must use the downloadable PDF form.
Please register and submit payment by August 25, 2024 in order to be able to attend the first class on September 8, 2024.

New Family Registration
For families joining BCS for the first time, please fill out the PDF form below and email to admin@bergenchineseschool.com. Either fill out the form and save as PDF, or print, fill out by hand and scan it. High resolution photos of all pages are also acceptable. Then, submit the tuition payment using any of the acceptable payment methods below.

- 博根中文學校 2024-2025 秋季班訂於 2024 年 9月8日(星期日)正式上課 / Bergen Chinese School 2024-25 Fall semester will start on Sunday, 09/08/2024.
- Pre-K年級，必須在10/1/2020前出生方可註冊/For Pre-K registration, student has to be born before Oct 1, 2020.
- 如果班級人數少於預定目標，學校有權決定保留，取消或併班/BCS reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment does not meet minimum requirement.
- 上課時間 (Bell Schedule):
第一節 (1st Period): 1:00 – 1:50PM, 第二節 (2nd Period): 2:00 – 2:50PM, 第三節 (3rd Period): 3:00 – 3:45PM - 如有任何問題/For questions, please email principal@bergenchineseschool.com, admin@bergenchineseschool.com
Registration Policies and Guidelines
Tuition & Fees
- 學費：每位學生 $720，第三位和以上的兄弟姊妹, 每位學生$360。/ Tuition: $720, third and each additional sibling is $360. BCS considers siblings as those who have the same parents/guardians and live in the same household.
- 註冊手續費$35 / Registration fee $35
- 書籍雜費：$35/學生 / Text & Material $35/student
- 華人服務中心 & 家長會費：每一家庭 $50 / CSC & PTA Fee: $50 per family
- 家長服務費：新家庭需付$120, 其他家庭 2024-2025 則免付 / Parents Duty Security Fee: New Family $120, Existing Family waived for 2024-2025 only if parent duty obligations have been completed.

Refund Policy
- 開學 3 週內除了註冊費、書籍費 (使用過) 和網路付款手續費3%外，學費和PTA會費可以全額退還。100% refund of tuition and parent duty security fee (excludes registration fee, textbooks, and any processing fees) within the first 3 weeks. We will deduct online payment service fee, if any.
- 第 3 週上課後則不接受任何退費。No refund after week 3. Commitment is for the entire academic year.
- 未使用的全新書籍才可以退費。Textbook refund only if it is still in brand new, unused condition.

Please read the BCS Guidelines and Student Code of Conduct. By registering, you and your child(ren) understand and agree to abide by the BCS Guidelines and Student Code of Conduct.
家長服務費 / Parents Duty Security Deposit Fee
新生請繳交家長服務費每家庭$120，家長若如期執行任務，下學年不必再繳此費用。家長若未如期執行任務，請於下學年重新繳費。任何問題請上學校網站參考家長服務費答問篇。
New student must pay Parent’s Duty Security Deposit $120 per family. Please perform your parent duty as assigned each year to avoid refilling the deposit again next school year. For more information, please see “Parent Duty Q&A” on school’s website.
