Bergen Chinese School High School Senior Scholarship

Bergen Chinese School (BCS) is pleased to announce Senior Scholarships to outstanding, well-rounded graduating seniors. The purpose of this scholarship program is to recognize and encourage these students’ accomplishments in their Chinese study. This scholarship may be used towards the purchase of textbooks and school supplies for higher education.
The total amount of scholarship is capped at $1000.00 per year. It will be evenly divided by the number of qualified students per year with a maximum of $200 award per student.
Qualification:
- Current Student or Teaching Assistant (TA) at BCS with good standing
- Have a minimum of 7 years (14 semesters) of attendance at BCS
- Have not received a similar scholarship before
All applicants must submit the application form no later than May 15th , and prepare a three-minute speech in Chinese describing your experience studying Chinese and volunteering as TA. Successful applicants will deliver their speech to inspire other students during school closing ceremony
